In round 14, the Club had a great last round with Sides 1 and 2 having significant wins to end the Season. Side 1 played Glen Waverley at home and all 4 rinks up which means that we finish in top spot on the ladders. Side 2 played home to Blackburn and had to win their match to avoid relegation. The sides had 2 rinks up and a draw and win the game. Our combined Burwood/Mt Waverley side played an away match against Glen Waverley and just lost. Best winning rink was Barrie Epstein’s who won by 10 shots.
WE now play the sectional Semi-Final for Side 1 against EEBC at home.
